I have always had a passion for baking, but it isn't my first venture. I am first a mom and RN. I turned to baking as an outlet during a very difficult time in my life. I am constantly thinking of new, innovative ways to use my skill set. While my educational background is not in baking, I have a soft spot for sweets. I grew up around many women and men who divulged themselves in cooking and baking. I have had some great teachers, but I am mostly self-taught and do my own research into the best techniques and recipes! I hope you enjoy this adventure with me!
