DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?
Macarons use a variety of animal based products, but I will try to my best to meet any dietary needs that are requested.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
Macarons are best when consumed within 7 days of assembly. Please keep them refrigerated once received to preserve freshness.
ARE MACARONS ALLERGY SAFE?
The short answer is no most of the time, but I will accommodate allergies to the best of my ability. Macarons are made with almond flour as a base, but can be made with a variety of flours. Please ask or request that the item be made with an alternative.
DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP?
Yes, I deliver within a 30 minute radius around my home. This includes the Baton Rouge area, New Roads, Livonia, Lakeland, Jackson, St. Francisville, Port Allen, Erwinville, and anywhere in that vicinity.
Currently, I do not ship items as it has been taking packages a much longer time to arrive to its destination. To ensure freshness and preserve integrity of the macarons, I do not offer this service at this time.
