How It All Started

Hello! Welcome to Jaded Delights! I am a small town girl that grew up in a very small town (if you can even call it that!). I currently live in St. Francisville, LA. I am a registered nurse, now turned pastry chef. 

Jaded Delights all started in January after a very rocky time in my family's life. We have been through it all in the last 3 years. Baking brings me joy and is a great outlet for my husband and I.  I have always enjoyed making cakes, cookies, and various other desserts. I am self-taught and do a ton of research to bring you the best desserts I canAZ. I currently only make cakes and macarons, but who knows where this journey will take me!

Well one day, I was at home and decided I wanted some macarons, but didn't want to go to the store to buy some. So, I decided to do it myself. I posted a picture to my Facebook page and received a tremendous amount of feedback from friends and family! I, then, decided to start my own home bakery. So, here we are, Jaded Delights, bringing you homemade and baked with love macarons and more! Reach out to us and we will discuss if we can make what you are looking for!
